DC FanDome was officially announced last June with James Gunn also confirming a cast panel for The Suicide Squad at the online fan event. Earlier this August, Gunn had teased fans that they would be seeing a glimpse of his movie during the cast panel for The Suicide Squad and showed off the official logo for The Suicide Squad in multiple languages.
Now, after the reveal of the official schedule for DC FanDome, James Gunn posted a full blown preview for what the cast panel for The Suicide Squad will be like and how it will be presented.

WHAT THIS MEANS
If fans aren't aware at this point, these panels will be pre-recorded, as shown through James Gunn's post showing excerpts from his upcoming The Suicide Squad panel for DC FanDome. What can be gleamed from the video, it seems like a majority of the cast will be present from this panel, such as Idris Elba, Pete Davidson, Margot Robbie, Viola Davis, John Cena, and more.
It'll be quite exciting to see how different this DC FanDome experience will be without the actors or directors having to deal with or react to an excited crowd of fans.
The way that the panel will be presented itself seems like the replication of a stage with one large frame in the center with other screens surrounding it. Basically a fancier way of displaying a zoom call, but considering this is pre-recorded, there will no doubt be pre-determined cuts to who is talking and pictures or video being shown.
