Thor: Love and Thunder is set to showcase a thunderous team-up between Chris Hemsworth's Thor and Natalie Portman's Mighty Thor. Jane Foster's return in the upcoming MCU sequel came as a surprise for many fans, considering it has been a long time since her last appearance in the franchise. The exact plot details of Love and Thunder are still being kept under wraps, but it is widely expected that Mighty Thor will play a huge and significant role in the movie.
Marketing for Love and Thunder has been ramping up in the past weeks, especially after Marvel Studios finally unveiled its first teaser trailer. An official look at Portman's new MCU hero was revealed alongside several stills showing off the character alongside the God of Thunder and King Valkyrie.

Marketing for Thor 4 Ramps Up
This new wave of T-shirt designs features a solid preview of the upgraded costumes of Chris Hemsworth's Thor and Natalie Portman's Mighty Thor. It's reasonable to assume that Mighty Thor's suit will come from the power of Mjolnir, but the gold costumes of the two heroes are a different story altogether.
Thor's new gold costume could be the gift of the gods for him after potentially saving Olympus from the might of Christian Bale's Gorr the God Butcher, and the same could be true for Mighty Thor. It's possible that Gorr's first attack on Olympus (Zeus' home) will be a failure since he would not expect the two Thors to arrive. As a result, the pair's first triumph over Gorr would net them upgraded costumes.
It remains to be seen if the gold costumes will give an added power boost to the protagonists, but there's a strong chance that they will have an upgrade so that the pair will be better equipped to face Gorr in their rematch.
All will be revealed when Thor: Love and Thunder premieres in theaters on July 8.
