Marvel fans have gotten a new trailer, a ticket drop, TV spots, teasers, posters, and a handful of interviews for Spider-Man: No Way Home within the past couple of weeks, indicating that the press tour is about to ramp up. Now, less than three weeks away from the film's mid-December theatrical debut, it finally seems to be doing just that via appearances from Tom Holland, Zendaya and company to promote the project at special events.
While the premiere is still a couple of weeks away, the film's stars have begun to pop up in other places in preparation for the movie's debut, and some of those locations are pretty unexpected.
Tom Holland and Zendaya at Ballon d’Or
Spider-Man: No Way Home stars Tom Holland and Zendaya made an appearance at the Ballon d'Or Festival in France today.
The pair were seen walking the red carpet and greeting fans prior to the start of the event.
Shortly after the video was posted, the official Spider-Man Twitter account confirmed that Holland and Zendaya's attendance marks the official start of Spider-Man: No Way Home press:

Spider-Man's World Tour
This may seem like an odd place to promote the film, as the Ballon d'Or Festival's primary focus serves as an awards ceremony honoring the top European football (soccer) players of the year. That said, events like this usually entail interview opportunities, and the stars who attend will generally take advantage of them in order to promote their latest or upcoming project. It also helps that Holland is a known European football fan.
The video itself doesn't reveal any tidbits from either star, as both Holland and Zendaya are seen simply approaching the red carpet. The MCU's Peter Parker and MJ snapped a couple of photos as fans applauded the acclaimed actors, but neither spoke to the press in the shared snippet.
It's likely there will be more appearances from these two as well as other Spider-Man: No Way Home stars in the next few weeks as the film's release rapidly approaches.
