It's no secret that The Flash is one of the most anticipated DCEU movies, mainly due to the fact that it will open up the franchise's multiverse like never before. Directed by It Chapter Two 's Andy Muschietti , the film will showcase the return of Ezra Miller as the Scarlet Speedster, who is expected to be joined by a stellar cast with the narrative adapting the famous Flashpoint storyline from the comics.

The Flash will feature Ben Affleck's DCEU return as Batman and the surprise inclusion of Michael Keaton's Caped Crusader . Alongside the two Dark Knights, the film will also include important figures from Barry Allen's life such as Kiersey Clemons' Iris West and Ron Livingston's Henry Allen .

Production for the multiverse-altering project officially began in April 2021 , and several set photos already teased the appearance of two versions of the Batmobile.

Now, another location that has close ties to the Dark Knight has emerged in new photos from the movie's production.

THE FLASH RECEIVES A WAYNE MANOR SIGHTING

Peterborough Telegraph unearthed a new batch of set photos from The Flash , showcasing a fresh look at Wayne Manor of Michael Keaton's Batman from the 1989 movie. The photos were taken from the Burghley House in Petersborough, England:

It's worth pointing out that The Flash will feature a different take on Keaton's Wayne Manor since the original film used the Knebworth House instead of the Burghley House in Petersborough.

BATMAN'S HEAVY INVOLVEMENT IN THE FLASH

Based on what's been revealed, it looks like The Flash will pay tribute to Tim Burton's Batman films by incorporating  familiar locations like Wayne Manor. Even though it is a different real-life location, the look and feel of this Wayne Manor still closely resemble the one that was featured in the 1989 film.

From the Batcave to Gotham Plaza, it will be interesting to find out if there are other locations from Michael Keaton's Batman films that will make it in The Flash.

It's all but confirmed that Ezra Miller's Barry Allen will travel through time in the film, but the presence of the multiverse seems to suggest that the space-time barrier will be broken.

Justice League established the friendship between Bruce Wayne and Barry, and it makes narrative sense for the latter to pursue the playboy billionaire once he ends up in a different reality. The presence of Wayne Manor appears to hint that this is the first location that Barry will go to in the film, but the hero will likely be shocked when he finds out that this world's Batman is Michael Keaton's version.

This also pays tribute to the original Flashpoint storyline in the comics where Barry went into the Batcave to seek the assistance of Bruce Wayne.

All in all, The Flash is shaping up to be an exciting DCEU movie that opens up numerous story possibilities for the franchise.

The Flash is set to premiere in theaters on November 4, 2022.
