Marvel Studios is investing heavily in Disney+ shows that center around brand-new characters in 2022 which will start early in the year with Tatiana Maslany's She-Hulk. Not only will this series be the first true expansion into the Hulk's lore since his MCU debut in 2008's The Incredible Hulk, rumors are pointing to the plot bringing in wild new MCU additions like Charlie Cox's Daredevil from Marvel's Netflix shows.

Cox has already found himself in the news almost constantly throughout the year, particularly with reports that he would first return as Matt Murdock in Spider-Man: No Way Home. While that remains unconfirmed at the moment, Marvel Studios CCO Kevin Feige openly admitted that if Daredevil does find himself in the MCU narrative, he will unquestionably be played by Cox.

She-Hulk could potentially be even more exciting on the Daredevil front, with rumors pointing to Cox playing a "different" version of the blind lawyer alongside Maslany's green giant. Now, that excitement may go to new levels thanks to a report detailing how he will look at some point in the show.

Will Daredevil Appear In the She-Hulk Series?

In an appearance on the Change My Mind Podcast via YouTube, Geeks Worldwide Editor-in-Chief KC Walsh teased that Charlie Cox's Daredevil will appear in full costume during Marvel Studios' She-Hulk on Disney+.

Walsh even teased that "Daredevil is definitely showing up" in She-Hulk, sporting his classic "yellow digs" from the comics rather than the crimson suit that was seen in the Netflix show and Ben Affleck's Daredevil movie from 2003:

"A lot of cameos, the biggest one, again, I don’t think this is spoiling anything if you’ve already been on the internet, but Daredevil is definitely showing up in costume, in the yellow digs, so that’ll be nice."

Of course, previous iterations of Daredevil have utilized the red costume that's become most synonymous with the character over his time in the comics and on the screen. Now, it seems that with his inclusion in the Marvel Studios narrative, the MCU will take him back to his early comic roots as he appears alongside his fellow newcomer She-Hulk.

The MCU has had a way of bringing iconic costumes to both the big and small screens, particularly in Phase 4 with Wanda in WandaVision, Sam Wilson's Captain America in The Falcon and the Winter Solider, and Shang-Chi in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. Taking into account that this will be a new look for Daredevil in any live-action medium, it should give Marvel Studios a golden opportunity to bring another visually stunning outfit into the mix.

It's still unclear when Cox will first appear in costume (or for how long), but this should be a major side plot in She-Hulk to look forward to in the core ten-episode story. Much like the villains in Spider-Man: No Way Home or the rumors of Kingpin in Hawkeye, Daredevil has the chance to truly shake things up as Charlie Cox officially makes the character MCU canon.

She-Hulk will release on Disney+ sometime in 2022.
