The anticipation surrounding The Flash has been high, especially after it was confirmed that it would showcase a multiverse-related narrative.
The film is set to feature the return of Ezra Miller's Barry Allen after a smashing debut during both versions of Justice League. Exact plot details are still being kept under wraps, but it has been confirmed that it will explore the Flashpoint storyline from the comics but with a multiversal twist.
The multiverse storyline is set to give a second chance to Michael Keaton's version of the Dark Knight from Tim Burton's Batman films. Aside from Keaton, The Flash will also bring back Ben Affleck's iteration of the Caped Crusader from the main DCEU Earth.
Production for The Flash has been ongoing in the past months, with various set photos teasing key locations from both the DCEU and Keaton's Gotham city.
Now, it seems that production for the DCEU film has already wrapped as evidenced by a new social media post from a crew member.
The Flash Wraps Filming
Colin Nicolson, who serves as The Flash's production sound mixer, posted a new photo on Instagram to celebrate the production wrap of the Ezra Miller-led film.
In his caption, Nicolson pointed out that filming has been "challenging but great fun:"
"That's a wrap on The Flash. Day 124 with a fantastic sound team, brilliant cast, and crew. It's been challenging but great fun."

The Flash's Trailer Will Soon Arrive
This latest confirmation for The Flash is a good sign for those fans eager for a fresh look at the film. It was already confirmed that a sneak peek of the movie will arrive during DC FanDome 2021, so the fact that production has wrapped could hint that this preview would include several finished scenes.
The Flash's filming wrap would give the crew a year to finish the entire film in post-production since it will be released in theaters in November 2022. It also allows The Flash director Andy Muschietti to gather the cast for reshoots if needed.
Despite knowing the multiversal premise of the movie, it's worth pointing out that The Flash still has secrets that have yet to be unveiled.
For starters, Sasha Calle is set to make her DCEU debut as Supergirl, but it is still unknown how she would fit in the film's storyline. In addition, a past social media post involving Gal Gadot also sparked speculation that she would reprise her role as Wonder Woman in the movie.
It will be interesting to find out if more secrets about The Flash will be teased in the coming months, but it's safe to say that more concrete information will likely be revealed during DC FanDome 2021.
The Flash is set to premiere in theaters on November 4, 2022.
