The Falcon and the Winter Soldier premieres on Disney+ tomorrow, and a virtual event was held today to celebrate the upcoming MCU original series. However, the show wasn't the only project Marvel Studios took the opportunity to promote during the event.
Several past and present "duos" of the MCU appeared during the event to congratulate The Falcon and the Winter Soldier's team on the series and promote their own Marvel Disney+ projects. One of these pairs consisted of actors Tom Hiddleston and Owen Wilson, who will star in the six-episode Loki series beginning this June.
LOOKING AHEAD TO LOKI
Hiddleston and Wilson's appearance during the event mainly consisted of the two revealing the first poster for Loki.

The co-stars also had some fun banter about their characters in the series.
A PEEK AT WHAT'S TO COME
Tom Hiddleston and Owen Wilson appearing together as a duo along the same lines as the other pairs featured at the event (Elizabeth Olsen with Paul Bettany in WandaVision, Jeremy Renner with Hailee Steinfeld in Hawkeye, and of course Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier) may point to Wilson's Mobius M. Mobius character having a larger role in the series than some fans initially thought.
Footage released for the series so far has only shown Mobius bringing Loki up to speed on various matters, which includes introducing him to the concept of the Time Variance Authority. Loki has been shown in many different scenarios and time periods, but Mobius' screentime in what has been released so far has been limited to TVA headquarters.
This video, however, seems to hint at the two characters spending quite a bit of time together. Perhaps Loki will be required to report back to the TVA after each of his missions, or maybe Mobius will end up joining him on some adventures.
Loki will premiere on Disney+ on June 11, 2021.
