Marvel Studios' Eternals is now a full month into its theatrical run, having introduced fans to more than a dozen immensely powerful heroes and villains from the cosmic side of the MCU. With characters that have millennia of history tying back to the Celestials of old, the movie took a deep look back at Marvel's in-universe past while also setting up exciting developments for the future.

One of those future developments came with actor Kit Harington, who took his talents from the Game of Thrones universe into the MCU in grand fashion. Although he didn't have significant screentime during Eternals, his path to becoming a hero in his own right started in the second post-credits scene as he found the sword he will utilize as the Black Knight down the road.

With only about ten minutes of actual footage in Eternals, mostly alongside Gemma Chan's Sersi and Lia McHugh's Sprite, there is still plenty of Harington's story left to tell in the future. Some of that story may have just been revealed in a new round of behind-the-scenes photos, along with some fun looks at Harington's co-stars from his first Marvel outing.

Eternals star Lia McHugh took to Instagram to share three new behind-the-scenes photos from the set of the most recent Marvel Studios movie.

McHugh stands alongside the film's director Chloé Zhao and Dane Whitman star Kit Harington, with both actors in their outfits from one of Eternals' first scenes. This appears to be a deleted moment featuring Sprite and Dane Whitman in the Natural History Museum, specifically what looks to be an animal exhibit:

McHugh shared an image of herself in costume hanging out and enjoying an energy drink on one of her breaks. It's unclear what's on her mind, but it's clearly something intriguing:

Also included is an image of Kumail Nanjiani, Harish Patel, and Don Lee as they enjoy a break from shooting. Lee is donning the apron he used while he was baking a pie for the rest of his team as they reunited in Australia:

While these photos don't give away anything too specific in regards to the movie's plot or how it was filmed, McHugh shares some fun inside looks at her experience amongst Hollywood's finest professionals. Most notably, the first image teases even more time with Dane Whitman and other key players in the Natural History Museum, which likely would have helped explore Whitman's intelligence and historical prowess on a deeper level.

As was shown in the second post-credits scene, Whitman's hero is clearly a history buff with the reading material at his disposal, and he already knows about his family history upon opening the box with his sword inside. It's still a mystery where Harrington could later reappear, but the stage is set for him to make a major impact when he does.

In the other pictures, Lia McHugh simply shows that she had the time of her life portraying Sprite for Marvel Studios in only the sixth project of her young career.

Capturing memories of working with people like Kumail Nanjiani and Don Lee, McHugh made the most of her MCU debut no matter where her character is headed in the future. Fans are hoping her scene with Harington comes to life in the extra features for Eternals' home release, but regardless, the young actress' picture gives a fun tease of everything that went into making the outing work.

Eternals is now playing in theaters worldwide.
