Marvel Studios officially completed its second Disney+ series with the debut of the sixth and final episode of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier . Leading stars Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan took MCU fans on a thrilling ride in their first Phase 4 appearances, highlighting the ups and downs of continuing the Captain America legacy .
The franchise's Disney+ follow-up to WandaVision had audiences on the edge of their seats every week as Sam and Bucky took on a host of enemies like the Flag Smashers and Daniel Brühl's Helmut Zemo, even having to face the mighty Wakandans in a couple of unexpected twists. Through all the trials and tribulations of bringing this show to life, it became evident how much the cast and crew truly put their hearts and souls into bringing an incredible product .
This joy was shown off once again in a recent social media blast from the MCU's longest-standing actor in this show.
SEBASTIAN STAN'S MARVEL PHOTO DUMP
The Falcon and the Winter Soldier star Sebastian Stan took to Instagram to post seven behind-the-scenes images in a post and in his stories celebrating the end of the series' run on Disney+. All seven images can be seen below:
Sebastian Stan is shown on the Wilson family boat, likely from Episode 5. Bucky Barnes came down to Louisiana to help Sam in his time of need, and Stan looks right at home behind the steering wheel in this photo.
Anthony Mackie is shown looking through the window of the Wilson boat. If fans didn't know any better, this could possibly be Sam on the lookout for Bucky as he hits on Sam's sister Sarah.
Stan and Mackie are seen here in front of a food truck labeled "Salt'N'Pepa" from Prague. It's unclear if the classic R&B group was anywhere in sight near this vehicle.
The show's leading men are seen here bursting into laughter in front of the previously mentioned food truck. There were likely plenty of laughs on the set of this MCU production.
Stan is shown here with Helmut Zemo actor Daniel Brühl giving their best pose faces to the camera.
Stan is shown standing in the doorway of a plane and looking into the distance. The Winter Soldier actor certainly has a way of expressing himself.
Stan is shown here laying face first on the ground, looking completely lifeless. Some in the industry call this move "going boneless."

STAN SHARING HIS WINTER SOLDIER MEMORIES
Sebastian Stan is currently one of the MCU's longest-standing stars, having played the role of James "Bucky" Barnes since 2011's Captain America: The First Avenger . Even nearly a decade after kicking off his journey in the franchise, it's clear that he's having a fantastic time expanding on the story for this redeemed hero.
The pictures of himself with both Mackie and Brühl are great sneak peaks into the times they experienced filming together on set for the better part of a year. Now that all six episodes of his Disney+ show are available for the public to enjoy, it feels like the perfect time for him to share some of his favorite memories from bringing the story to life.
This will likely be far from the last look fans get into this show, as Episode 6 only debuted less than one day ago. With a seven-week gap in between MCU releases, the expectation is for plenty more posts like this to find their way to social media from the cast and crew.
All six episodes of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier are now available to stream on Disney+.
