Agnes has been by far the most mysterious character on WandaVision, to the point that even S.W.O.R.D. is unable to identify her. This is not to mention her no-show of a husband, Ralph, who some even believe to be an important figure behind the scenes, like Mephisto.
Kathryn Hahn said that Agnes keeps a “private life,” even inside Westview and with her knowing more than she lets on. As shown throughout the first four episodes, Agnes has been very intent on developing a relationship with Wanda, which Elizabeth Olsen describes as a “very needed” one.
Accompanying a newly released poster was a new trailer showing new footage, celebrating the half-way mark into WandaVision.
A new mid-season trailer for WandaVision has been released that has a few new and interesting shots.
One such shot is S.W.O.R.D. coordinating shortly after Monica was thrown out of Westview, as indicated by the television screens in the background showing Wanda and Agnes wearing '80s-appropriate clothing.
Another shot shows Monica Rambeau, seemingly rushed into the S.W.O.R.D. outpost and given a medical scan. Interestingly, while Monica's lack of blue eye shadow could easily be explained by S.W.O.R.D. washing it off, Monica's hair has returned to her original hairstyle before being sucked into Westview.
Wanda can then be seen collecting what appear to be children's toys, likely meant for Billy and Tommy in the '80s, just after they were born.
The newest and most exciting shot is Kathryn Hahn's Agnes strolling into Wanda's home during the Modern Family era, showcasing her fixation on Wanda throughout several decades.
Elizabeth Olsen believed that Wanda Maximoff "has a tremendous amount of guilt” as she secluded herself from the world after the finale of 'WandaVision.'
Kevin Feige explained that they had to cut Doctor Strange from the WandaVision finale because "it would have taken away from Wanda," revealing that they "didn't want the end of the show to be commoditized to go to the next movie."
Kevin Feige confirmed that a deal was finalized between Benedict Cumberbatch and Marvel to appear in the final episode of 'WandaVision.'
CHANGES DON'T STICK?
What's interesting about that shot of Monica on the examination table is that she had a very distinct '70s afro when she was inside Westview and even when she was thrown out. At this point, many fans had assumed that changes in Westview stuck when someone leaves the barrier, such as the cable that turned into a jump-rope and, of course, Monica's clothes, hair, and makeup.
Comparing Monica leaving Westview and laying on the examination in the latest trailer, her hair is completely different. It's doubtful that S.W.O.R.D. waited long to check on Monica for any negative side effects to being exposed to the anomaly. So, it could point to the changes made in Westview not being permanent when leaving the town.
This potentially means that Billy and Tommy will be unable to simply leave, and that Vision is likely about to have a very bad time trying to.
