"I should also mention that the animation is 100% like Clone Wars. It's not, um, the old Rebels animation style."

WHAT THIS MEANS

While early seasons of The Clone Wars are often criticized for their animation style, the design continued to improve through the years until it climaxed with the masterful artistry fans received in the final season of the series. Even though this new series looks to be a sequel to Star Wars Rebels, it makes sense Lucasfilm Animation wants to stick with this new, advanced animation style. It also means this new series will continue to deliver more of the stunning visuals enjoyed in The Clone Wars final season.
