Avengers: Infinity War: Chris Evans' Bearded Captain America Receives New Marvel Figure

Chris Evans as Steve Rogers, Captain America Marvel Legends figure

Following the events of Captain America: Civil War, Steve Rogers and his allies were deemed fugitives and were on the run for two years. When audiences meet back up with Cap in Avengers: Infinity War, he's looking a little worse for wear, with a beard, shaggy hair, and a uniform that looks like it's been in a few scrapes. He's also without his iconic, red, white, and blue shield, having left it behind following his altercation with Tony Stark in Civil War.

So Chris Evans' Steve might not have been doing well for a given time, but Hasbro sure is! The toy company has been on a spree of releasing new Marvel Legends figures based on MCU characters. From The Falcon and the Winter Soldier to Black Widow. Additionally, they also have a new Infinity Saga wave dedicated to filling in the blanks for action figures as far as past MCU films go.

Hasbro has shown off the tenth and final entry in their Infinity Saga program of action figures based on the MCU. Last up is Chris Evans' Steve Rogers from Avengers: Infinity War. Check out the figure below:

The figure comes securely packaged in a box adorned with the Avengers emblem and Infinity Saga logo.

Cap arrives with his Wakandan gauntlet shields, some alternate hands, and a swappable head sculpt with a more determined expression.

And speaking of the figure's head sculpts, they both feature an authentic likeness to Chris Evans and use Hasbro's special, proprietary PhotoReal face printing technology.

THAT'S IT FOR HASBRO'S INFINITY SAGA COLLECTION

And that makes ten! Steve is the last figure to be shown in this wave. Now, something similar could always be done by Hasbro in 2022. Although there's been much speculation that next year's special program will be devoted to figures from the Sam Raimi Spider-Man trilogy, to commemorate the first film's 20th anniversary.

Still, Hasbro had quite the haul regardless. There were some much-needed redos and some all new characters introduced to the action figure line.

The figures themselves will begin shipping in late Summer 2021.
