Iron Man: Marvel Celebrates Jeff Bridges' Iron Monger Receives New MCU Figure

Hasbro is on a hot streak! The toy company has released many MCU Marvel Legends as of late, and they've also put  more up for pre-order.

Some of their new offerings include figures of characters from Shang-Chi and the Legends of the Ten RingsWandaVision, Black Widow, and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.

Additionally, Hasbro has also recently launched an Infinity Saga wave to fill in gaps in fans collections with popular characters from the first three phases of the MCU that weren't produced at the time.

Obadiah Stane holds the distinction of being the Marvel Cinematic Universe's very first villain, introduced in 2008's Iron Man. Played by fan-favorite Jeff Bridges, Stane played the part of business partner-turned-armored supervillain when he donned the Iron Monger suit to try to end Tony Stark and take over Stark Industries.

HASBRO WAS ABLE TO BUILD THIS IN A FACTORY!

Hasbro has shown off a new set in their Marvel Studios Infinity Saga program: a two-pack of Obadiah Stane and the Iron Monger suit. Check out the images of the figure set below, which is now available for pre-order here.

As has been the case with all the other figures in this series, the box is adorned with an official-looking logo for Marvel Studios' Infinity Saga.

The set comes with some cool and useful accessories such as bullet effects, alternate hands for the Iron Monger armor, and a tiny Mark II arc reactor stolen from a helpless Tony Stark.

The Iron Monger figure is properly scaled and towers over most regular Legends figures.

The companion Obadiah Stane figure features an authentic Jeff Bridges likeness which utilizes Hasbro's PhotoReal technology. This Iron Man set is now available for pre-order here.

THIS IRON MONGER FIGURE IS A LONG TIME COMING

Hasbro made an Iron Monger collectible way back in 2008 with the release of the first Iron Man film, but this figure was entirely too small and most certainly wouldn't fit in with a modern Marvel Legends collection.

This figure is obviously long overdue at this point. In fact, a lot of the MCU's earlier villains have yet to be made in Marvel Legends. This includes Malekith from Thor: The Dark World. Not the most popular villain, but he did have an interesting looking design that would make for a cool figure.

This figure will hit at some point in late Summer, 2021.
