With The Book of Boba Fett having just aired, Star Wars back in the spotlight. Next on the Disney+ slate is Kenobi, which is still several months away. So what are Star Wars fans to do with their time? Well, one option is taking another look at Star Wars: The Old Republic. The popular MMORPG (massively multiplayer online role-playing game) has been up and running in 2011 and has plenty of content for fans of the world to experience.

The game has gone on to receive eight expansions over the last decade, including Rise of the Hutt CartelShadow of Revan, and Knights of the Fallen Empire. Throughout this treasure-trove of content, players can experience it all as a Bounty Hunter, Sith Warrior, Smuggler, Jedi Knight, or many other options.

Even a decade after its debut, The Old Republic doesn't seem to be losing steam. The community is a short time away from the launch of the new expansion titled Legacy of the Sith, which will introduce a plethora of new Sith lore to the franchise continuity.

Now, the official account for EA Games has announced a brand new world premiere trailer for Star Wars: The Old Republic, which is set to coincide with the release of the popular MMO's next chapter.

Many fans feel that there is too little Sith-focused content out there in the Star Wars universe, which could make this new expansion quite enticing even for new players.

The story continues what was set up in the most recent expansion as players pursue Darth Malgus to determine his ultimate plan. Players will also be able to defend the ocean world of Manaan against the Sith Empire, increase the level cap to 80, get a revamped character creation, and much more.

The franchise is also well known for its CGI trailers, and they're a treat in and of themselves. Hopefully, whatever EA Games has in store for its fans tomorrow will live up to the hype.

Star Wars: The Old Republic's next expansion, Legacy of the Sith, launches February 15.
