The Marvel television train is not slowing down, and that will continue later into the year when audiences ae treated to Ms. Marvel on Disney+.
The series follows a young teenager Kamala Khan, played by Iman Vellani, who is described as "a great student, avid gamer, and voracious fan-fic scribe." Producer Bisha K. Ali previously said the series would explore "a teenager figuring out who she is," so it seems like Ms. Marvel will bring some more teen-focused elements into the MCU.
So far, little has been revealed about the plot of the show. However, set photos have hinted at Captain Marvel's presence in the series, familiar locations from Marvel comics and a battle with a SWAT team . Ms. Marvel is in the thick of its shooting schedule right now, and new set photos and videos are continuing to appear.
MS. MARVEL SET VIDEO SHOWS IMAN VELLANI AS KAMALA KHAN
Set footage released by the Daily Mail, via Iman Vellani Brasil on Twitter , has given one of the first video looks at the Ms. Marvel set. The video seems to show footage of a scene that was filmed back in November, where Vellani can be seen climbing onto a roof in her Captain Marvel costume.

KAMALA KHAN IS SUITED UP
As previous set photos have revealed , Kamala Khan seems to be wearing a version of Captain Marvel's suit from Avengers: Endgame in this scene. However, in this footage, she isn't shown wearing the helmet or backpack that were spotted in those set photos, so it's likely this video was taken during a rehearsal for the scene. Both actors are also wearing face masks which they would remove if shooting the actual scene.
The news of this scene may be old, but this is still some of the first video footage fans have seen of Vellani in character as Kamala Khan. It's unclear when exactly this scene takes place, but it's probably early in the series before Kamala gets her powers. In the comics, Ms. Marvel's powers involve an ability to stretch and extend her limbs, but in this scene, she still needs help from a friend to climb atop the roof.
While Vellani is shown in a version of Captain Marvel's suit here, her actual Ms. Marvel suit has been kept under wraps during filming. A blurry image of her full costume was potentially leaked not long ago, but fans will have to wait a bit longer for the full reveal of Ms. Marvel's costume in the MCU.
