Spider-Man: No Way Home's promotional tour is well underway, meaning that more secrets and teases from the cast and crew are slowly coming to light. In the past few days,  stars such as Willem Dafoe, Alfred Molina, and Jamie Foxx broke their silence about joining the MCU threequel, while franchise mainstays Tom Holland, Zendaya, and Jacob Batalon provided more insight about their respective characters' journeys in the movie.

Marvel movie press tours are often geared towards hyping up the upcoming project with new information, but sometimes, the cast gives out fun details about their co-stars and previous films. For example, Holland recently made a playful dig at his MCU co-star Anthony Mackie, with the actor teasing the fact that Falcon still doesn't have his own movie.

No Way Home's press junket also unveiled interesting tidbits such as Holland and Zendaya's height difference proving to be a challenge with stuntwork and that the film's first official deleted scene involves the lead star's brother, Harry Holland.

Now, an unexpected reveal has emerged during an interview with No Way Home's lead trio.

Spider-Man: No Way Home stars Tom Holland, Jacob Batalon, and Zendaya sat down with Tara Hitchcock as part of the threequel's promotional tour.

During the interview, Zendaya subtly revealed that Holland spoiled Tony Stark's death in Avengers: Endgame, leading to a hilarious exchange among the trio. Zendaya admitted that she wished she hadn't known about Iron Man's demise before the movie's release, which essentially prompted an innocent response from Holland while Batalon laughed in the background.

Zendaya: "But as far as spoilers, I wish I didn't know, I wish I didn't know about Iron Man before."

Tara Hitchcock: "That was a tough one."

Zendaya: "Before that movie [Avengers: Endgame] came out."

Tom: "Who told you that?"

Zendaya: "I don't know."

Jacob: "I wonder who." [laughs]

Tom: "That's terrible."

Zendaya: "I know."

Tom: "That must've been really tough for you."

Zendaya: "Yeah."

Tom: "We should find out who spoiled that."

Tom Holland: The Walking Marvel Spoiler

Avengers: Endgame was the end of an era for the MCU's Infinity Saga chapter, so it's already a given that major plot points were bound to happen. Back then, marketing for the movie revealed only a small number of teases about its story, all of which solely focused on the film's first half.

However, when an actor is part of the official Marvel community, there is a downside to avoiding spoilers. Zendaya's disappointment is understandable considering that Iron Man's demise in Endgame was a huge spoiler.

Still, with Iron Man's death being a vital part of Spider-Man: Far From Home's story, it means that eventually, the sequel's cast and crew would find out about the Endgame spoiler. In a previous interview with Jake's Takes in June 2019, Jacob Batalon and Zendaya revealed that Holland was the one who spoiled them about the Endgame death.

Holland's tendency to spoil his co-stars could be the culprit of why they are throwing a playful dig at him, especially considering the actor's track record of giving out spoilers during interviews.

It's worth pointing out that the trio will spend a reasonable amount of time together in the threequel compared to the previous two MCU solo entries. The chemistry between Holland, Zendaya, and Batalon is apparent during their press junket, and this should serve as a good sign for No Way Home.
