In the time following Marvel Studios' Avengers: Endgame, the MCU has only expanded thanks to new characters, Disney+ series storytelling, and the Multiverse. Fans have also caught up with many of Marvel's pre-existing heroes, like Hawkeye, Sam Wilson, Bucky Barnes, and Wanda Maximoff. Who fans haven't seen in Marvel's Phase 4 just yet is Thor, the God of Thunder.
The last fans saw of Thor was at the conclusion of Avengers: Endgame, where he gave the title of Asgard's ruler to Tessa Thompson's Valkyrie before teaming up with the Guardians of the Galaxy.
Fortunately, Marvel audiences won't have to wait much longer to discover what Thor's been up to as Thor: Love and Thunder is set to release this summer.
In the meantime, LEGO has released a new Endgame set featuring Thor Odinson and his counterparts, who are set to appear alongside the hero in his upcoming film.
Thor & Valkyrie Avengers: Endgame LEGO Pack Revealed
LEGO revealed a new Avengers: Endgame accessory pack featuring Thor and characters first introduced in Thor: Ragnarok and who then appeared in the 2019 film's epic battle.
In addition to Thor, who comes with Mjolnir, the pack also includes Korg with a stud-shooting blaster, Valkyrie with both a sword and stud shooter, Miek with his characteristic knives for hands, and a Chitauri warrior.
This LEGO Endgame Battle 40525 pack, which features 62 pieces, is expected to be released on April 1, 2022.
An Odin's Vault of Thor LEGO Sets
This new Avengers: Endgame LEGO pack isn't the first Thor-themed brick set fans have seen in recent months.
LEGO also unveiled sets for Thor: Love and Thunder that teased a number of plot points and details from that upcoming film, including Thor's Bifrost-traveling "Goat Boat." Also, a recent leak revealed a LEGO set called "Attack of New Asgard" that includes a mysterious, winged monster.
Now, even though this new Endgame pack isn't part of the Thor: Love and Thunder collection, it's worth noting that it includes characters who will be seen in Thor 4. However, they're expected to look a bit different upon that film's release. In fact, one of the most notable changes is Thor's new blue and gold armor and his statement of a helmet.
Some of these LEGO teases and a few other surprises are likely to be shown in Thor: Love and Thunder's anticipated debut trailer.
Thor: Love and Thunder will release in theaters on July 8, 2022.
