The "Asgardians of the Galaxy" is truly one of the most exciting notions of the MCU's Phase 4.
When Thor left Earth with the Guardians of the Galaxy at the end of Avengers: Endgame, fans were as thrilled as they were puzzled. Where would they go? Who else would they encounter on their adventures? Is Thor a Guardian now?
But fans didn't really know when they would get to see this play out, as Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 was originally intended for a May 2020 release before a few... hiccups. Now, Thor: Love and Thunder will premier at least a year before Guardians 3 does, meaning fans will have to be given some sort of answer as to how the Thor/Guardians mashup went down in the next Thor film.
NEWS
Well, answers are surely on the way now.
Daily Mail posted a video showing Guardians of the Galaxy star Dave Bautista arriving at a hotel in Sydney, Australia where Thor: Love and Thunder is gearing up for production.
Bautista joins Guardians of the Galaxy co-stars Chris Pratt, Vin Diesel, Pom Klementieff, and Karen Gillan in Sydney, making Bautista the fifth cast member from the Guardians franchise to arrive in Australia since November.

WHAT THIS MEANS
There are almost a dozen MCU projects dropping before Thor: Love and Thunder, so some period of time after the events of Avengers: Endgame will surely pass before the fourth Thor film begins. It's very possible that Thor has spent that whole time traveling with his newfound friends in the Guardians, as Endgame left that story very open-ended.
Mantis actress Pom Klementieff arrived in Syndey late December, and Vin Diesel was spotted in Australia's capital a month before that. The famous Chris Pratt is there too, as many fans know he was cast to reprise his role as Star-Lord for the fourth Thor installment.
With the addition of Bautista's Drax the Destroyer, that only leaves Bradley Cooper's Rocket Raccoon left unaccounted for. (I know; leaving Zoe Saldana out of the Guardians lineup feels wrong to me, too)
Interestingly, though, this is also the timeframe that Valkyrie actress Tessa Thompson said she would be heading to Sydney for Thor 4. This can give fans hope that the Guardians will interact with the King of New Asgard as well during their stay in the Thor flick.
Valkyrie isn't known to warm up to many people, so the combination of Star-Lord's excessive wit and Drax's inability to read social cues will definitely be a fun pairing with Valkyrie's generally unamused persona.
And the best part? This is just one possibility of the many awesome, hilarious character combinations that will give Thor: Love and Thunder its "Avengers 5 feel" that fans have been promised.
