In November, Chris Hemsworth showed off the results of his training and rippling new muscles that seemed to intimidate even his co-starsNatalie Portman joked that she'd “look like [Chris Hemsworth's] little grandma next to him,” despite her own training beginning as far back as July.

Recently, there has been an abundance of leaks from the set of Thor: Love and Thunder. One fascinating video released from the production showed Natalie Portman's stunt double having Jane Foster behaving very oddly. A new series of set photos have shown that Portman has undergone quite the transformation, and fans now have the opportunity to see the result of her intense training.

NATALIE PORTMAN GOT JACKED

A new set of photos from the production of Thor: Love and Thunder have leaked online, giving fans a closer look at Natalie Portman's Jane Foster, who looks absolutely jacked.

Jane Foster's Thor was notably muscular in The Mighty Thor Marvel Comics run:

THE MIGHTY THOR IS BORN

It seems that the set video released was showing Jane Foster's transformation into The Mighty Thor, or at least her being granted an impressive physique similar to Hemsworth's Thor. When the transformation is happening, Portman's stunt double is wearing a long sleeve sweater. These new set photos see Portman without it, likely to make the reveal of her muscles more impressive to the audience when she takes off her sweater.

Despite Natalie Portman saying that she would be working out, admittedly, there was some doubt since it's atypical for female leads to display a lot of muscle. However, Natalie Portman has certainly shut any doubters up with these photos showing off her new guns. What's even more exciting is The Mighty Thor costume that Portman will be wearing, which does nothing but emphasize her arms in the comics.

Speaking of jacked, the cast of Thor: Love and Thunder has grown to epic proportions over the past few months. Among the new names to the Thor franchise are mega-star Christian Bale playing the villainous Gorr the God Butcher, Chris Pratt reprising his Marvel role as Star-Lord, and even Melissa McCarthy portraying a "fake" version of Hela.

It's still not fully confirmed how much Thor 4 will adapt from The Mighty Thor, including the cancer plotline that heavily guides the comic's storyline. In an interview last October, Portman said that the Thor sequel is "based on the graphic novel of the Mighty Thor. [Jane]’s going through cancer treatment and is a superhero on the side," yet it was unclear if Portman was referring to just The Mighty Thor storyline or both it and Thor 4's plot.

Thor: Love and Thunder is currently scheduled to release in theaters on May 6, 2022.
