The buzz surrounding Zack Snyder's Justice League is at an all-time high, especially considering the fact that the much-anticipated premiere of the film is only weeks away. Set to debut on HBO Max on March 18, Snyder's version of the 2017 superhero film is expected to be far more different from its predecessor, mainly because of the addition of characters like Darkseid, Martian Manhunter, and Jared Leto's Joker.
In the past few weeks, the marketing for Zack Snyder's Justice League has ramped up, providing fans with more context on what's in store for this latest version. This includes the game-changing reveal of Joker's new design as well as the confirmation that the film will be Rated R.
Now, Snyder has taken to social media to tease fans of what will be included in the upcoming full trailer of the film.
A (MIND-BLOWING) TEASER FOR THE SNYDER CUT TRAILER
The video shows new footage of Steppenwolf, the Batmobile, Wonder Woman, and an intense look at Henry Cavill's Superman in-action while wearing the iconic Black Suit from the comics.
In a brief moment, the teaser also provided a menacing look at Steppenwolf's invasion on Earth.
BLACK SUIT SUPERMAN SHINES IN NEW FOOTAGE
It's fascinating to see that a less than 30-second teaser dialed the Zack Snyder's Justice League hype even further. The sneak peeks of the core characters of the film will no doubt boost the excitement of fans while also sending another clear message that Snyder's version will be unique on many levels.
One of the massive changes for the Snyder Cut is the inclusion of Superman's Black Suit. Snyder previously shared the importance of the comic-accurate garb of Clark Kent by pointing out that it is “very particular” in the character's arc in the film.
In the teaser, this latest glimpse should provide clues on how this version will handle the evolution of the character after being resurrected by the team, and it goes without saying that the Man of Steel will deliver powerful blows to Steppenwolf like never before.
Meanwhile, a peek at the final battle of Justice League was also showcased, and it's once again apparent that the red skies from the theatrical cut are now gone. Snyder addressed this color change previously, essentially improving the sequence altogether.
At this stage, not much is known if the brand-new teaser on February 14 will incorporate a similar format from the previous "Hallelujah"-infused DC FanDome trailer. However, it's safe to say that the upcoming preview will include more action-packed scenes to cement the R-rating of Zack Snyder's Justice League.
