When it hit theaters in September, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings was praised by audiences and critics alike. The film introduced the first Asian hero to be brought into the MCU, portrayed by the charming Simu Liu.

Despite the global box office taking a hit over the last couple of years due to the worldwide pandemic, Shang-Chi defied the odds and became an instant success, racking up over $400 million since its release.

Many fans commended director Destin Daniel Cretton's work from the stellar opening scene all the way to the credits, but the hype didn't stop there. Viewers were treated with a post-credit scene that automatically built the anticipation for the character's future.

In the first of two post-credit scenes, Wong, played by Benedict Wong, takes Shang-Chi and Awkafina's Katy through a portal where they are met by Mark Ruffalo's Bruce Banner and Brie Larson's Captain Marvel. The group talks about the Ten Rings, specifically their unknown origins, and it all but confirms that Shang-Chi will have a future with the Avengers.

With the film officially releasing to stream on Disney+ this coming Friday, a blooper reel that will likely be included in the extras section showcases the funny behind-the-scenes moments from the movie's stars, as well as the surprise cameos.

Shang-Chi Blooper Reel

Twitter user @CreamOrScream recently shared the official blooper reel for Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings on the platform. The montage of humorous behind-the-scenes moments will be released Friday on Disney+ along with the film itself as part of the inaugural Disney Plus Day's festivities.

The reel, which is a little over 2 minutes long, showcases a wide variety of funny moments from nearly every actor that played a major role in the film, including Simu Liu, Awkwafina, Benedict Wong, and Brie Larson.

A quick glimpse of Brie Larson fully suited up as Captain Marvel made the cut for the blooper reel, where she is showing off her dance moves while filming the first of the movie's two post-credit scenes:

The Fun On-Set of Shang-Chi

Blooper reels have been a cherished bonus feature in every genre of film for many years. It allows the audience to see the actors' true characters rather than their on-screen personas.

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings featured so many performers, both new to the MCU and tenured in the franchise, that have already hit the mark with fans. Simu Liu instantly won over pretty much everyone that bought a ticket and sat down in the theater, and the actors that were able to share the screen with him also garnered well-deserved praise.

Brie Larson and Mark Ruffalo making cameos as Captain Marvel and Bruce Banner, respectively, were welcome surprises in the movie's post-credits scene, and getting to see Larson make the cut for the blooper reel is also a joy.

The extras that will be released on Disney+ alongside the film will be pleasing for every MCU fan come Friday, and subscribers to the streaming service can expect to be treated with hours of additional behind-the-scenes content.
