With all episodes of Star Wars: Visions released and available to stream on Disney+, fans of the galaxy far, far away are eagerly awaiting the debut for The Book of Boba Fett in December.

The fan-favorite bounty hunter made his return to Star Wars in the second season of The Mandalorian, confirming the theories that he survived his fall into the Sarlacc pit in 1983's Return of the Jedi. His involvement in the series was surprisingly large, having exceptionally more screentime than he did in the original trilogy.

After aiding the show's protagonist, Din Djarin, in the final few episodes as they chased after Moff Gideon to rescue Grogu, Boba showed up on-screen one more time in the season finale's final moments. As the camera cut to the familiar location of Jabba's Palace on Tatooine, Boba and fellow bounty hunter Fennec Shand walked inside, taking out all of the guards as well as Bib Fortuna so that Boba could take the throne for himself.

As the screen faded to black, the words "The Book of Boba Fett" appeared, followed by the general release date of December 2021. Robert Rodriguez, who directed an episode of The Mandalorian, is set to be the series' director and executive producer. Almost no details had been released about The Book of Boba Fett until recently, when an official poster and release date of December 29, 2021.

With a trailer in the works, more and more details will soon come to light. However, a leak has recently surfaced regarding one scene from the series, which features a Rancor.

The Star Wars news outlet Star Wars News Net recently revealed a description of a scene that will take place during an episode of The Book of Boba Fett.

In the scene (as illustrated above by the outlet), Boba Fett will be interacting with a light-colored Rancor on the streets of Tatooine. The leak didn't specify whether Boba would be fighting the enormous beast or if he would be riding it, only that he is positioned on the upper region of its back.

The general expectation for this series is that it will be an eight-episode lightspeed ride filled with action centered around Boba Fett. The storyline has been kept under wraps over the past year, but it has been confirmed that the show will directly tie into The Mandalorian, expanding the "Mando-verse" that Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni are building.

Boba has spent the majority of his life working under Jabba the Hutt on Tatooine, and seeing how his story left off on the desert planet in The Mandalorian, it's no surprise that a chunk of the show is set there.

This scene will likely appear near the beginning of the series, possibly even the first episode. Boba Fett riding a Rancor would be an epic way to open the show, and would definitely get fans involved and prove just how crazy it could be right from the start.

It has also been speculated that Boba will end up making his way back to Din Djarin as the series goes on, in order to set up The Mandalorian's third season, and the likelihood of the two being together on Tatooine is slim. Popular theories suggest that Mandalore will be the location where the two bounty hunters meet up, but anything is possible.

The Book of Boba Fett simply can't come fast enough, and if this leak is any indication of what to expect from the series, fans are in for a wildly fun ride.

The Book of Boba Fett will begin streaming on December 29 on Disney+.
