Filming is currently underway for nearly a half-dozen projects in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, including the highly anticipated Spider-Man 3 . The Spidey film boasts one of the most expansive casts of any movie in the franchise, past or future, bringing together actors from nearly every live-action web-slinger story to date.

As this movie continues through its long production process, its leading man has just shared an exciting inside look through social media.

A DOUBLE DOSE OF HOLLAND

In a new post on his Instagram account, Spider-Man 3 star Tom Holland shared a picture of him in full costume with his brother, Harry, on his shoulders. Harry is seen in the same clothes as he was wearing in recently leaked set photos.

Holland included the following caption:

"Today was easily one of the highlights of my career. For those of you that were there, you know what I’m talking about and for those of you that weren’t, you better buckle up!!!"

HARRY HOLLAND JOINS THE MCU

Harry Holland had been rumored to be a part of the Spider-Man 3 cast for the last few weeks, especially after set photos leaked of him on wires. While this post doesn’t indicate his role, it seems to confirm that he will be involved in the movie alongside his older brother.

Harry Holland’s acting resume is short at the moment, although he has taken the time to learn about behind-the-scenes movie work through the MCU. He served as a production assistant on 2019’s Spider-Man: Far From Home , and his role will certainly expand as he takes on a bigger responsibility this time around.

As for Tom Holland’s caption, it’s difficult to decipher any specifics from what he calls “one of the highlights of (his) career.” Whatever the case may be, it will be exciting to find out what that highlight is as he works on his biggest MCU solo movie to date.

Spider-Man 3 is currently filming and will release in theaters on December 17, 2021.
