The Marvel Cinematic Universe is set to showcase a massive slate of projects in 2022, and one of them is She-Hulk.
Directed by Kat Coiro, the upcoming MCU series will feature the debut of Tatiana Maslany as the titular heroine, Jennifer Walters. Maslany will be joined by a stellar cast that includes the likes of Tim Roth's Abomination, Jameela Jamil's Titania, and the returning Mark Ruffalo who will reprise his role as Bruce Banner.
Plot details of She-Hulk are still shrouded in secrecy, but it was rumored that the show would include instances of Walters breaking the fourth wall, similar to Deadpool's style in his films. Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige also teased that the series would be a “half-hour legal comedy,” pointing out that the studio "has never done that before."
Production has already wrapped for the Marvel series, meaning that marketing could start soon. Now, as Disney+ celebrates its special day, the first look at the Marvel series has arrived.

She-Hulk's Impressive Live-Action Design
The brief shots of She-Hulk in Marvel Studios' Disney+ Day special should boost anticipation for the upcoming series, leaving many fans to speculate about how it fits into the larger MCU.
Based on the footage, it seems that Tatiana Maslany will utilize the same approach that Zoe Saldana is using to transform into Gamora in James Gunn's Guardians of the Galaxy. Instead of CGI, Saldana and her team might use makeup and prosthetics to transform the actress into a Marvel heroine.
If this is true, then many would agree that it is a promising development as it seems poised to look visually stunning on screen.
The preview appears to hint that Walters will not hide her superhero identity from the rest of the world, taking a page from her cousin, Bruce Banner. It looks like the new MCU hero is loud and proud of her green transformation.
In a way, it presents a stark contrast with Banner's first outing as the Green Goliath since Hulk was not an easy beast to tame during the scientist's initial batch of transformations.
At this stage, it remains to be seen when She-Hulk will premiere on the House of Mouse's streaming service, but it appears it will be in the latter half of 2022.
