Watch: Harry Styles Dances In Marvel’s Eternals Blooper Reel

Spider-Man: No Way Home wasn’t the only big film that Marvel Studios released last year. A month before Tom Holland's web-slinger hit the big screens, director Chloé Zhao released a cosmic epic on a scale unseen for the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Eternals may not have had the Multiverse, but it had galaxy-sized Celestials, at least.

The project introduced some big names into the MCU: Richard Madden, Angelina Jolie, Kit Harington, among many others. The cast is one of the biggest ensembles to grace a Marvel Studios production, especially for a completely new IP outside of an Avengers film.

While the film wasn’t loved by everyone who saw it, plenty worldwide had lots of fun watching the story of these million-year-old beings unfold and expand the Marvel lore tenfold.

The film is set to hit Disney+, and ahead of its debut, a small blooper reel made its way online.

The Eternals Goof Around

Chloé Zhao’s Eternals is set to hit Disney+ free for subscribers on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, and ahead of its drop, Entertainment Tonight released a fun blooper reel featuring the film’s cast.

In the clip, fans can see Harry Styles busting some moves, Druig taking down Sprite too early, and much more.

One of the new things that the blooper reel revealed is the first look at Bill Skarsgard as Kro, with Angelina Jolie's Thena dancing with him.

Then there's Harry Styles' Eros doing a fun little dance aboard the Domo with Lauren Ridloff's Makkari and Jolie's Thena.

Another shot sees Gemma Chan's Sersi and Styles' Eros having some fun in full costume—two characters who never shared the screen together in the final cut of the film.

Eternals Family Fun on Set

Gag reels are a tradition of nearly any film or television project, and it’s great to see Marvel keeping it alive. While relatively short, the video still provides a fun glimpse into life on set while the cast and crew worked hard to make the final product the best they could.

It’s hard not to wish that there was more than just dancing, however. It’s been a common trope in more recent blooper reels, which is a shame; those bits seem to never produce the same amount of laughs that actual mess-ups or jokes do.

Many are probably upset that the reel is only a minute long, which is an understandable complaint—who wouldn’t want to see more of the fun on set. Maybe when the film drops on physical media, there will be more to look at.

It's interesting that this is the first proper look that fans have had of Bill Skarsgard as Kro and that Marvel Studios used the actor in such a small capacity; his talents would be a huge win for the studio if given the chance.

Eternals hits Disney+, free for all subscribers, on Wednesday, January 12, 2022.
