Warning - This article contains spoilers from Episode 3 of Loki.
Loki is not holding back in terms of completely changing the landscape of the MCU, and the first two episodes proved that. Tom Hiddleston's God of Mischief is back for another round of tricks in his own Disney+ series, but his magic was limited due to the fact that he is forced to work together with the Time Variance Authority to fix his mistake from Avengers: Endgame.
Owen Wilson's Mobius was tasked to give Endgame Loki another chance, recruiting the Avengers villain for a mission to catch a Variant who is wreaking havoc across time. The first episode revealed that this specific Variant is a Loki, meaning that the TVA's call for help for the Asgardian makes sense.
The second episode showcased the debut of Sophia Di Martino's presumed Loki Variant, giving the MCU's God of Mischief a run for its money by attacking him and the rest of the TVA agents inside Roxxcart. The installment ended with a time bomb that spread like wildfire into various points in time, thus potentially leading to a barrage of Nexus events in the Sacred Timeline.
Fans are eagerly anticipating Loki's return on the small screen, and the reactions from social media suggest that the latest episode delivered. Now, a special look at the recent installment has emerged.

THE DYNAMIC OF LOKI AND SYLVIE
When Loki debuted on Disney+, fans initially thought that the chemistry between Owen Wilson's Mobius and Tom Hiddleston's God of Mischief would be the backbone of the series. However, it seems that the dynamic of the titular trickster and Sophia Di Martino's Sylvie managed to exceed the aforementioned partnership of the pair.
This episode also confirmed that Di Martino is not playing Lady Loki as many believed during her initial appearance in "The Variant." Instead, this alternate version is named Sylvie, a clear reference to the second Enchantress from the pages of Marvel Comics: Sylvie Lushton.
It remains to be seen if Loki will do a deep dive into Sylvie's Enchantress persona or if Marvel will reveal that this character is a combination of Lady Loki and the magical entity. Based on the MCU's track record, it looks like they will go with the latter, especially due to the mysterious hints that are scattered throughout the episode.
There's a good chance that more details about Sylvie's past will be revealed in the last three episodes, and this creates an opportunity for the series to spend more time with the runaway pair. Hiddleston and Di Martino clearly have chemistry in their scenes, and seeing them together in future missions will definitely be a sight to see.
From intimate character moments all the way to its showcase of magical elements, the third episode of Loki successfully delivered a compelling side mission that propelled both characters.
The first three episodes of Loki are now streaming on Disney+.
