Warning — This article contains spoilers for The Falcon and the Winter Soldier .
The Falcon and the Winter Soldier is off to an impressive start by doing a deep dive into the post-Blip life of Sam Wilson and Bucky Barnes. The next chapter of the heroes' storied MCU careers has taken a turn, with both characters trying to navigate a world without Steve Rogers a.k.a. Captain America.
The first episode managed to provide a glimpse of the personal struggles of the pair, and it seems that it will only get harder when the villains of the series enter the narrative . At the tail-end of the show's debut, the government's choice as the next Captain America was revealed to be John Walker, and it's clear that Sam wasn't happy about it.
On a separate note, another returning character in the form of Zemo will also cause some trouble for the titular heroes. Now, a new leak suggests that an important weapon of the villain will return in the show.
ZEMO'S BOOK FROM CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR RETURNS
Reddit user u/Vinylguy64-DT posted a new batch of Marvel Legends action figures for The Falcon and the Winter Soldier , showcasing fresh looks at U.S. Agent, Bucky Barnes, and Zemo.
Wyatt Russel's John Walker can be seen wearing the comic-accurate costume of U.S. Agent, potentially hinting at a villainous turn for the character at the end of the series.
Meanwhile, Bucky is sporting the same look from the trailers of the series, highlighted by the hero's Wakanda-tech-infused vibranium arm.
Zemo's figure, however, has an interesting addition in the form of an old training HYDRA book. To recap, this MacGuffin from Captain America: Civil War was used by the villain to trigger Bucky's Winter Soldier programming.
The collectibles can be seen below.

BUCKY'S UNFINISHED BUSINESS WITH ZEMO
Based on the leak, it seems that Zemo was able to obtain the HYDRA book once again after the events of Captain America: Civil War , and this could hint that Bucky is his target. In a way, it makes narrative sense, considering the fact that the villain has unfinished business with the Winter Soldier.
The trailers already provided a tease of the initial confrontation between the two characters as well as an unexpected team-up that will happen down the line. Given that Zemo is a character who always has a plan, it's reasonable to assume that he will potentially gain the trust of Sam and Bucky first before eventually betraying them.
On top of that, the presence of the HYDRA book could be essential to Bucky's arc in the series. Since Zemo is not aware of what happened to Bucky in Wakanda, the villain could use the book to try and control the Winter Soldier again, but this could be a set-up for the series to show that the hero is finally cleared of HYDRA's programming.
Meanwhile, the villainous turn of John Walker at the tail-end of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier is now likely, as evidenced by the character's comic-accurate costume. That being said, there's a strong chance that a showdown between Sam and Walker is inevitable at this point.
Whatever the case, all will be revealed when the remaining episodes of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier arrive on Disney+.
