Tom Hiddleston's Loki was a surprise to many. Coming off of Avengers: Endgame, nobody knew what was possibly in store for the character after his escape with the Tesseract; little did fans know that it would lead to one of the most important elements of Marvel's fourth phase of films.
The show introduced the TVA to the general audience, and with it, the concept of various timelines—setting the stage for the Multiverse-focused storytelling that is taking root. Then, of course, there was the introduction of Kang the Conqueror, the next big bad of the MCU, played by the masterful Jonathan Majors.
Needless to say, there was a lot of stuff happening in Hiddleston's solo outing. But what about the people who missed the Loki train?
Well, Disney+ has created a cute video with Tom Hiddleston and some adorable animations to help remind people that the show exists.
Loki Gets a Cartoon
Disney released a brand new promotional video for Loki, which features Tom Hiddleston discussing sibling relationships and how he got the role of Loki. The video can be seen below.
Tom Hiddleston of Marvel Fame
It's crazy to think that the world has had Tom Hiddleston as Loki for over ten years now. Ever since 2011's Thor, the God of Mischief has brought joy to people across the world—even if Thor doesn't like to acknowledge it.
Loki's first season was successful enough to earn a Season 2, which marked the first Disney+ show to get an official renewal. After all, with where the story left off, Marvel Studios would have let down a lot of people if they didn't get to resolve everything they left hanging in the show's first season finale.
Thanks to Loki, the stage was set for What If...? to tell its tales of alternate timelines that could now exist thanks to Sylvie's reckless actions. But hey, thanks to her, the world gets things like a quantum zombie virus taking down the MCU.
What If...? streams every Wednesday exclusively on Disney+. All six episodes of Loki are available to stream as well.
