The first two episodes of Hawkeye are out in the world and people are eating it up. Despite tracking a little slower than other Marvel Disney+ projects, the Hailee Steinfeld and Jeremy Renner-starring streaming series has garnered mostly positive reviews and is looking to continue its momentum into Episode 3 and beyond over the coming weeks.
The show marks the first time Hawkeye has been given the spotlight in his own solo project, but it has been Steinfeld's Kate Bishop that has captured the hearts and minds of audiences. Ever since Steinfeld was announced to be joining the MCU, fans have been clamoring to see her in action, and her popularity has only increased since her Marvel debut hit Disney+.
Only two episodes in, there are many questions viewers have regarding Hawkeye. When will Florence Pugh's Yelena Belova make her long-awaited debut? Who is the mysterious girl at the end of Episode 2? And is a certain New York crime lord going to be showing up anytime soon?
However, one thing that is not up for debate is if Hailee Steinfeld could carry her stardom into the world of Marvel Comics.
Hailee Steinfeld Tops IMDB
Hawkeye star Hailee Steinfeld cracked the IMDB most popular celebrity list, holding the #1 spot as the most-searched person on the site.
Steinfeld's castmates Jeremy Renner, Vera Farmiga, Florence Pugh, Tony Dalton, and Linda Cardellini are all sitting in the top 100 as well.
The rankings for each actor sit as such:

Hawkeye is Taking Over the World
It is no surprise that Hailee Steinfeld and her Hawkeye cohorts are showing up on lists such as this. Even though this was one of the tamer launches for a Disney+ Marvel project, every other MCU streaming series has had a similar effect on IMDB's most-popular actors list.
Similar to Loki's Sophia Di Martano, it seemed inevitable that after seeing Steinfeld on-screen in the MCU, people would fall in love with the young actress. Her spunk and wit have carried her in roles so far in her young career and that is only elevated on a stage as big as that of Marvel.
A couple of interesting notes in regard to the rest of these rankings have to do with two heroes audiences are already familiar with. Seeing Jeremy Renner down at number 40 might turn some heads, but there is no reason to worry.
Renner has been in the spotlight for more than a decade, and these lists usually change when the masses are exposed to someone for the first time. Renner's Clint Barton is nothing new for the public, but other characters in the streaming series are.
The second interesting find here comes in the form of Florence Pugh, someone who has not even made an appearance face in Hawkeye yet. It has been confirmed that Yelena Belova will have some part to play in the Christmas-themed adventure, so this seems to be a case of people itching in anticipation for Pugh's return as the Black Widow character.
Episode 3 of Hawkeye could change up this list yet again, as the latest installment of the Disney+ show hits the service this Wednesday.
