Marvel Studios is inching closer to its next major release within the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Jeremy Renner's Hawkeye prepares for its November 24 debut on Disney+. Even with Eternals still in theaters and the worldwide event that is Spider-Man: No Way Home on the way, Hawkeye will leave its own mark on the MCU narrative upon its arrival.
Renner will get his first opportunity for a solo project all his own after a decade's worth of supporting roles in other movies as he takes his master archer into a post-Avengers: Endgame world set in New York City. Also along for the ride will be Hailee Steinfeld in her MCU debut as Kate Bishop, a great archer in her own right who is already being teased as an integral part of the Avengers, albeit the younger ones.
Marvel has utilized the holiday season as a big part of its marketing campaign for Hawkeye, seeing that the series will be the MCU's second property set during Christmas after 2013's Iron Man 3.
Now, the team is moving forward by continuing with that Christmas theme, with three new posters centered on the show's key players.
Hawkeye, Kate Bishop, & Lucky the Dog Character Posters
Marvel Studios' official Twitter page released three fresh character posters featuring the leading heroes in the upcoming Disney+ series Hawkeye.
Jeremy Renner's central archer, Clint Barton, stands ready for battle in full costume, complete with his arrow quiver on his back.
The hero is in front of an archery target, and the entire image has a purple tint, paying tribute to his classic costume from the comics along with Christmas lights:
Hailee Steinfeld poses as Kate Bishop with her arms crossed in her own full costume with a similarly decorated target behind her:
The most adorable member of the cast also makes an appearance as Lucky the Pizza Dog sits ready for all of the fan love. The one-eyed golden retriever is also rocking his own Santa hat:

While these new character posters don't reveal any new information pertaining to what to expect from the series, they give yet another great look at three characters that will help to tell its core plot.
Of note in these posters is the inclusion of Lucky the Pizza Dog, who plays a key role in Kate Bishop's story throughout her time in Marvel Comics. The MCU is even likely adapting the canine's well-known traumatic storyline as he is seen missing his left eye, although how he comes into Kate and Clint's lives is still a mystery before the show airs.
The purple coloring for all three posters clearly indicates that the color will be featured prominently, which fans haven't really seen from the OG Avenger since his debut in 2011's Thor.
With only a few days remaining until Hawkeye makes its full debut, the promotional tour for the MCU's fifth Disney+ series will be kicking into high gear in the near future. Posters like these should only be the start as Clint, Kate, and Lucky have their full solo stories realized in Marvel's growing narrative.
The first two episodes of Hawkeye will premiere on Disney+ on November 24, 2021.
