Eternals is set to be a unique entry to the Marvel Cinematic Universe because it will revolve around a cosmic group of immortals who've lived on Earth for 7,000 years.

Helmed by Oscar-winning director Chloe Zhao, Eternals will feature a diverse cast of A-list stars including the likes of Gemma Chan, Angelina Jolie, Richard Madden, Salma Hayek, Don Lee, and Bryan Tyree Henry. The film is also a major step in terms of Marvel's effort in pushing for more representation due to the debut of Henry's first gay superhero (Phastos) and Lauren Ridloff's Makkari as the MCU's first deaf hero.

Marketing for Eternals has ramped up in the past week, starting off with the emergence of special magazine covers from Entertainment Weekly. Alongside the release, interviews from the film's crew also surfaced with intriguing details about its plot and casting inspirations being revealed.

In addition, Marvel surprised everyone when it released the final trailer for Eternals, showing off more of the plot and the film's heavy action scenes.

Now, another wave of merchandise for the upcoming Phase 4 film has been released.

THE AMAZING DESIGNS OF ETERNALS' HEROES AND VILLAINS

Many would agree that this latest line of Funko Pops! manages to highlight the impressive costumes and character designs of the massive ensemble of Eternals. This reveal goes to show the grand lineup of characters that will be featured in the film, and it will be interesting to see how Chloe Zhao will fit every single of them in the narrative.

Similar to Hasbro, Funko is also known for its movie-accurate depictions of characters, and it's safe to say that it has another winner in its hands due to the arrival of these latest Eternals figures.

Kit Harington's Dane Whitman has only been featured in his civilian clothes throughout the film's marketing, and this could hint that his transition to Black Knight is a closely guarded secret that Marvel will not unveil until Eternals premieres in theaters; it has the potential to be one of the film's major reveals.

Meanwhile, Angelina Jolie's Thena has been front and center in the promotional drive for Eternals because of the actress' star power. It's worth noting that Thena is not seen in civilian clothes in the film's two trailers and this Funko reveal.

That said, this could suggest that Thena could be an Eternal who still adheres to the cosmic nature of their origins, but this still doesn't change the fact that she will do whatever it takes to protect humans when the Deviants emerge from hiding.

Eternals will premiere in theaters on November 5, 2021.
