The Marvel Cinematic Universe expanded its content by showcasing small-screen offerings that pushed side characters and newcomers into the forefront.

Shows like WandaVision and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier featured the transition of Wanda Maximoff and Sam Wilson into larger roles, while What If...? and Loki introduced the multiverse in a big way.

As Phase 4 continues, more characters and storylines are expected to debut with Disney+ serving as their home. New shows like Moon Knight and She-Hulk are set to banner 2022, but details about the respective shows remain scarce.

Despite that, this will all change during the imminent arrival of Disney+ Day on November 12, and a sneak peek at what lies ahead should excite Marvel fans everywhere.

What to Expect from Marvel Studios’ Showcase

Disney+ Day seems poised to bring all of Marvel's small-screen goods into the spotlight, meaning that concrete information about the upcoming MCU shows is bound to be unveiled.

In December 2020, many would agree that the Disney Investor Day brought the house down due to a plethora of announcements about the MCU's future. With that in mind, the same could happen on the franchise's small-screen branch with their own day dedicated to everything they have in store for fans on the streaming service.

There's a chance that a special trailer to highlight Marvel's 2022 Disney+ slate, similar to the "Welcome back to the movies" teaser that Marvel Studios debuted back in May 2021.

That said, the studio could include first looks at Oscar Isaac and Tatiana Maslany in costume as Moon Knight and She-Hulk respectively, while also giving an update on Ms. Marvel and a possible look into Secret Invasion's mysterious narrative.

It's possible that more casting announcements could be in the cards as well, confirming more characters for the upcoming small-screen slate.

Marvel Studios could also unveil new shows on the horizon, potentially giving the green light to the long-rumored Thunderbolts project or even spinoffs for characters like Kit Harington's Dane Whitman from Eternals

Whatever the case, Disney+ Day will likely serve as a visual treat to every MCU fan, and it will be interesting to find out what surprises will be in store.

Tune in on November 12 to see just what Disney+ Day will have in store for fans everywhere.
