After so many months devoid of any official Star Wars reveals to speak of, September has come through in a big way. The Bantha in the room is obviously The Mandalorian season 2, and Lucasfilm has not disappointed. In recent weeks, Star Wars fans have received an EW cover story, the first trailer, and the official poster for the highly anticipated second season.
It's often said that merchandise is a major part of the Star Wars experience, and this week came with the announcement of Mando Monday, a program that will run for nine weeks beginning in late October that will be used to reveal new products based on The Mandalorian.
But that's not all. While most of our attention is shifted towards the impending return of Mando both on screen and in plastic, Hasbro has taken the opportunity to spread their popular action figure lines with a variety of characters from other stories as well...

WHAT THIS MEANS
It's a good day for Star Wars collectors. In addition to the Vintage Collection reveals, these Black Series figures offer fans of all eras a chance to take something home.
At long last, the great Jar Jar Binks arrives in 6-inch scale, instantly becoming the centerpiece of every collector's shelf. The deluxe figure offers a variety of weapons seen during the Battle of Naboo, allowing fans to recreate the legendary character's participation in the conflict. The Phase 1 Clone Trooper has been a frequently requested figure for quite some time, and prequel fans finally have their wish granted.
Boba Fett makes his triumphant return to the Black Series line with his own array of weapons and features, giving him just enough of a chance to stand up to the fearsome Jar Jar. For those not brave enough for such a vicious battle, Fett's figure allows for a recreation of the Battle of the Great Pit of Carkoon.
The Incinerator Trooper is perfect for Imperial army building and burning down foes, but a Baby Yoda in the battle spells doom for these fiery forces. If the baby is asleep, The Armorer will be more than capable of taking down fire spitting foe with her handy tools.
Fans have requested Dark Rey since the reveal of the vision in The Rise of Skywalker's D-23 special look, and Hasbro has come through. While the rendering of the heroine's alternate reality isn't final, she'll be ready to hit the shelves come next spring.
For those who missed out on the fun in years past, the Black Series Archive line provides the opportunity for fans to get their hands on some older figures. Thrawn is sure to be a massive hit as the antagonist only grows in popularity, and Cody will be a great addition to the Clone army. On a cold winter day, Luke and Han in Hoth gear will be perfect for setting the mood.
Today's reveals are just of the tip of the iceberg. With Black Series Credit Collection figures announced for The Mandalorian earlier in the week and Mando Mondays on the horizon, our wallets are in for permanent damage.
