Even though the secrecy is tight surrounding the Benedict Cumberbatch-led sequel, Marvel Studios is still finding ways to boost anticipation for the movie by showcasing thrilling footage while pushing the concept of alternate realities into the forefront.

From Funko Pop! figures to tie-in promos, marketing for Multiverse of Madness has been nonstop lately, and there seems to be room for more as it approaches its May premiere.

Now, a unique marketing push for Multiverse of Madness has been unveiled.

On the restaurant's official website, the cafe shared its movie-inspired menus and the announcement that an event will be held at the same time as the "Avengers Exhibition" special. This will run from April 16 to June 19:

At the "THE SUN & THE MOON" cafe on the 52nd floor of Roppongi Hills Mori Tower, the latest work of Marvel Studios Theater "Doctor Strange / Multiverse of Madness" starring Benedict Cumberbatch will be released on Wednesday, May 4th. A cafe commemorating the event will be opened during the "Avengers Exhibition" held on the same floor. We have movie-inspired menus, such as "Cheeseburger that has teleported from New York" and "Magic Circle Smoothie."

Below is a rundown of the dishes available on the commemorative menu.

Marketing for Doctor Strange 2 Ramps Up

Marvel's latest partnership with Japan's Sun & Moon Cafe offers a distinct promotional push for the sequel while also boosting the anticipation from fans.

Based on current projections, Multiverse of Madness seems poised to have a huge opening weekend, which is expected due to the surprises that are rumored to be bigger than the ones presented in Avengers: Endgame and Spider-Man: No Way Home.

Given that the Doctor Strange sequel is Disney and Marvel Studios' biggest movie since the Avengers sequel in 2019, it's no secret that the studios are going all-in for its promotion. With the latest Multiverse of Madness collaboration having just been announced, all signs indicate that even more unique marketing could emerge as the film's release enters its stretch run.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is set to premiere in theaters on May 6.
