For a game that fans haven't even seen more than a logo yet, Starfield has remained in the conversation for a plethora of reasons.
Just weeks ago, it was announced that the title would be coming exclusively to Xbox consoles, as Microsoft touts their newly acquired Bethesda portfolio.
The latest massive RPG from Bethesda's internal Bethesda Game Studios team looks to be the first new IP from the studio in almost 25 years. Rumors have been swirling for most of this calendar year hinting that Starfield would make an appearance sometime during E3, and that seems like it is going to be the case.
STARFIELD COMING IN 2022
The Starfield teaser trailer prepared for today's Xbox E3 conference has leaked online.
The trailer features what looks to be the first glimpses of gameplay for the RPG and reveals a release date of November 11, 2022 for Xbox Series X|S and PC.

SPACE, THE FINAL FRONTIER
It is an exciting day for Xbox gamers. Bethesda Game Studios has for years been heralded as one of the best teams in the industry, and Starfield looks to be the next in their long list of hits.
Something that can calm gamers' nerves is the overall look of this title. Bethesda has touted that this game would run on a new version of the aging Creation Engine, and judging from this small tease, it seems to be doing wonders early on.
Some of the biggest complaints on BGS projects from recent years have been about the dated backbone on which the games were built. But with this Creation engine upgrade, Starfield looks to be ushering in a new era for the studio.
Now taking a look at the actual content of the trailer, Starfield is seemingly going to be an intergalactic planet-hopping RPG. Think of a mix of Mass Effect, No Man's Sky, and Skyrim.
While this was just a small tease for what is going to be a massive game, fans can be sure this is just the beginning for Bethesda and their new baby Starfield.
