The Marvel Cinematic Universe is set to embrace the multiverse in a big way, and WandaVision appears to be the leading the charge in that front. After a slow start, the hit Disney+ series is now giving fans several game-changing revelations that will define the landscape of the monumental franchise once all is said and done.
The Elizabeth Olsen-led show has already introduced the MCU's newest superhero in the form of Monica Rambeau a.k.a. Spectrum (though some may call her Photon). On top of that, after numerous fan theories, it was finally confirmed that Kathryn Hahn's Agnes is actually a powerful witch named Agatha Harkness .
While some of the core characters were given a chance to shine, another member of the massive ensemble had a brief, yet prominent, role in the latest installment. Ant-Man and the Wasp 's Jimmy Woo has been a breath of fresh air ever since his MCU return in “Episode 4,” and the FBI agent will look to deliver as the show reaches its endgame.
Now, an exciting peek at the character has surfaced.

Marvel Studios officially released a brand-new poster for WandaVision , showcasing a fresh look at Randall Park's FBI Agent Jimmy Woo.
JIMMY WOO'S MCU FUTURE
Based on the trend of WandaVision marketing, this Jimmy Woo-centric image essentially means that all the main cast members of the show have now received their own sitcom-inspired posters. That said, this could be a hint that Wanda's fabricated TV reality is coming to a close, with the show ultimately shifting to a full-blown MCU spectacle.
The poster's slogan, that “there is no competition,” could directly tie to the autonomy of Wanda's hex broadcast, or it could even allude to the fact that no one is powerful enough to challenge the Westview anomaly.
At this stage, Woo's impact on the core storyline of WandaVision has yet to be revealed, mainly due to the still unknown identity of the FBI's missing person's case. Still, the character's return is a welcome sight for MCU fans as evidenced by his impressive dynamic with Monica Rambeau and Darcy Lewis.
Interestingly, Woo's involvement also led to a popular viral suggestion from fans that the character should lead his own X-Files -type spinoff series. It remains to be seen if Marvel Studios will listen to this proposal, but it's likely that WandaVision is more than just a pit stop for the FBI agent.
Given the prominence of Asian heroes in the larger landscape of the MCU, the looming arrival of a familiar superhero team from Marvel Comics in the form of the Agents of Atlas could happen down the road, and Woo will no doubt be at the forefront.
For those unaware, Woo was mainly responsible for bringing together this powerful group, and the upcoming debut of Shang-Chi could eventually lead to its formation. Of course, this is pure speculation at this point, but the character's return in Phase 4 could potentially lead to bigger things down the road.
