Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe is just over two weeks away from the end of its first new property with WandaVision on Disney+. The first five weeks have brought unexpected twists in all six episodes released, and there is no way to figure out what exactly will happen now that the Hex has grown and taken Darcy Lewis hostage.

While fans eagerly wait to find out how Season 1 of WandaVision ends, Marvel Studios is preparing the release of its second Disney+ series with The Falcon and the Winter Soldier . Set to bring a real-world update to the MCU for the first time since the end of the Infinity Saga , Sam Wilson and Bucky Barnes will be off on a new adventure, tackling new problems in a world mightily affected by The Blip and its aftereffects.

In preparation for this show's debut, an announcement has arrived detailing new episodes to a Disney+ show to help fans get up to speed on everything coming in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier .

NEW LEGENDS EPISODES ON THE WAY

A Disney+ press release, via What's on Disney+ website , indicates that new episodes of Marvel Studios: Legends will be coming in March 2021.

This new set of episodes will focus on characters from Marvel Studios' second Disney+ series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier . The installments will center around Anthony Mackie's Falcon, Sebastian Stan's Winter Soldier, Daniel Brühl's Helmut Zemo, and Emily VanCamp's Sharon Carter.

While no official date has been announced, it's presumed that these episodes will release on Friday, March 12, one week before The Falcon and the Winter Soldier's debut episode premiere, considering that WandaVision's episodes of Marvel Studios: Legends debuted in this same timeframe in relation to WandaVision.

RECAP FOR THE NEW CAP

Marvel Studios: Legends began in January, with its first two episodes focusing on Wanda Maximoff and Vision before the debut of WandaVision . The episodes were each between seven and eight minutes long and came as a sort of supercut featuring clips and footage from the MCU's Infinity Saga, telling both characters' stories before their new show debuted.

This is assumed to be the case with the four new episodes coming out in March, which will look back at four of the central characters of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier . All three Captain America movies held the first appearance for at least one of these characters, and it will be exciting to find out what footage is used to recap the stories for the heroes and villain of this next adventure.

Sam Wilson and Bucky Barnes were last seen in the final scene of Avengers: Endgame as Steve Rogers passed the shield mantle of Captain America to Sam for the future. Sharon Carter's last appearance came in Captain America: Civil War when she helped Steve get his gear back before the airport battle in Germany, and Zemo's only appearance was in that same film, where he was last seen locked up with Agent Ross in his cell.

The stories for these four characters and others will all be revealed when The Falcon and the Winter Soldier debuts on March 19, 2021.
